Janzen, Johnston & Rockwell Emergency Medicine Management Services, Inc. (JJ&R) is one of the leading medical groups specializing in Emergency Medicine, Primary Care, and Occupational Medicine services. We have been providing experienced, career-oriented emergency medicine physicians to hospitals across the country since 1974.

JJ&R has developed a business infrastructure which allows the organization to participate with and meet the business needs of its client hospitals. We see the hospital as our “business partner,” and believe that an efficient, effective emergency department has become an essential element in the financial success of most hospitals.Our business philosophy and strategy places us at financial risk in the operation of our practice, in the same fashion as every other medical staff member. As a general rule, we do not request subsidies from our hospitals. Our income is generated through services our physicians render to our patients and hospitals. We provide our own billing and collections, as well as our professional liability coverage, at no cost to our hospitals. Further, we also provide our own accounts receivable financing.

While many other emergency medical groups have focused on the size of their contract base, JJ&R does not. We are focused on and dedicated to developing and operating winning departments. JJ&R aids its client hospitals in marketing, paramedic systems, and developing new programs to improve the hospital’s profitability.
