Collectively, our programs have been successful in reducing the patient's length of stay, resulting in a more efficient use of healthcare resources, increased patient satisfaction, and a better coordination of care.

Physicians joining JJ&R's Hospitalist Program enjoy the benefits of a competitive compensation package, flexibility in scheduling, paid malpractice and tail coverage, and independent contractor status. Full and part-time positions are available.

Our hospitalists work in a cooperative team approach with the attending medical staffs in the delivery of patient care. Additionally, JJ&R's central office provides all aspects of physician practice management, billing and collections, and corporate support.
